Do you think this bmr is right for me?

It seems kind of high since I am so short. I am 37 year old female, 126 lbs I work out 5-6 days a week with spin, weight lifting. I got 1648 for my bmr on theft girls.com.

Based on Harris-Benedict your Basal Metabolic Rate is 1311.
