Thanks for your story. I also eat boring. I eat fruits, veg (mostly green) and quinoa. Easy to stick with. I have only been a member two weeks, but I have been eating healthy for 2.5 months and I have lost 23 lbs. I weigh 172 lbs, and I was at 195 when I started. Thanks for sharing your story.0

Well you've motivated me. I have at least 100lbs to lose and it's been a struggle each time i start. Getting the exercise in has been the hardest but i'm remaining focused and know that sometimes i will have those weak moments. But thanks for sharing your story.
