There is nothing better in my mind than falling asleep knowing that ive already decided what i am going to eat tomorrow, logged it and prepared it! That way, the next day, i dont have to wake up and worry all day long about making food choices and portion control and so on. I find it helps me to control myself, gives me strength and keeps me from wondering to bad food choices!!!

I do something similar. I cook a large amount of something (pork roast this week) on Monday and then we eat it all week with different sides. Makes life so much easier!0

I need to have variety in my food, i cant keep eating the same things otherwise i get bored and i will then stray off and go crazy on junk food! Good Idea tho!0
