So I have heard about 100 different answers to these questions but none are consistent so maybe you guys can help.

Questions 1:
I am starting to do double the workouts and seeing the calories on my profile. Am I supposed to eat those? Bc that's alot of food i would have to eat!!!

Question 2:
Now, like I said I am doing 2x's the exercise and doing them later. (from 6-8 pm) Its hardly enough time to eat before and I hate doing so bc it makes me drag more but when I get home its so late and from not eating in HOURS and doing double the workouts, Im ready to knaw my arm off!! What kinds of food can i eat before to hold me till later and to not make me feel so so hungry when i am done?

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

Keep in mind that the MFP calorie burn calculation is HIGH.
So eat back 50-75% of the exercise calories to leave room for error.

You should try to eat back your exercise calories, otherwise you're not leaving enough for your body to do normal functions (like breathing) You'll wear yourself out lol.
Try to eat heavy in the morning (Like in breakfast) and lighter in the evening. By time evening rolls around, I don't think you'll have that hungry feeling (I keep hearing your body naturally burns more calories in the morning than evenings.)
If you can't handle that, then just reverse it. As long as you end up with a deficit, that isn't too big, you'll be fine :)

I am going to tell you what my Nutritionist and Doctor told me. I know there about a thousand different ways to do things. Best fuel is protein and fiber. Both will give you energy and keep you full. If you want something or need something sweet, a banana is best way to go. It will help your muscles recover.

As for eating back calories, I tend not to unless I am hungry. MFP is rarely high for my calories burned (I checked with my heart rate monitors), but that is for me. The only time I eat calories I burn is if I am really hungry or my sugar is low. Then I try to eat low calorie and high protein stuff.

The pounds are not dropping off like 5 pounds per week, but the inches are dropping off pretty fast. The workouts are building muscles faster now that I watch what I put in my body.

On other tip is to have a snack after your workout. Your body needs it a lot of times.

    Hope it helps.

If you're using the built-in MFP macros, then yes, you need to eat those calories back. The algorithm it uses to determine your calories assumes you are not doing any exercise other than basic moving (walking around stores, doing dishes, etc.) and so it puts your calories fairly low. When you work out, you can fall out the bottom of where you need to be eating for your body to no hoard the fat in your body in case you need it. You need to stay in a fairly small calorie band in order to be in a calorie deficit but not so low that you don't lose. Hope that helps.
