Weekly Challenge 2/22 to 2/28

I am in need of some extra motivation so I chose to put together a challenge for this up coming week and hope you guys will join the fun and provide some extra support.
7 day challenge: lets start by weighing yourself so we can measure progress (no need to post weight).
Day 1- Drink 8 glasses of water and stay under your calorie goal
Day 2- Burn 300 calories & 50 leg lifts
Day 3- Do 200 jumping jacks
Day 4- Burn 300 calories & 50 push ups (modified push ups are ok)
Day 5- Walk for two miles... outdoors if possible
Day 6- Burn 400 calories & 50 sit ups
Day 7- Any where you go today TAKE THE STAIRS (under 5 stories) and check in with how much weight you have lost this week.
We will check in daily once finished and comment on how you tackled your challeng for the day.
