Hey guys! I've lost 16 pounds since the beginning of Jan and my last weigh in was a week ago, so it might be more than that by now. According to an online BMI calulator, it says that I have lost 2.3% BMI. I am kind of new at looking at the science of losing weight and keeping track of BMI info. Is it really THAT slow of a process to lower BMI? I'm not super obese, but I am a "bigger girl, slimming down"
Any insight would be appreciated!
Have a great Friday!

BMI isn't a very accurate measurement to start with so I wouldn't pay a lot of attention to those numbers but yes you do need to lose a fair amount to see big movement there.0
