Stir-Fry Shrimp Veg with Penne Pasta - HUGE serving

I Love this.. let me know what you think..I couldn't eat it all..


12 shrimp - "Arctic Shores frozen Deveined and pealed " ( 160 Cal )
2 oz. - uncooked Barilla Plus - Whole Wheat Penne, ( 200 Cal )
1 cup - "Trader Joe's - Frozen Bell Peppers Mixed, ( 60 Cal )
2 cups - Fresh or frozen, Broccoli flowerettes ( 50 Cal )
1\3 cup Red Onion - sliced, ( 10 Cal )
2 tbls " - Cento" diced hot cherry peppers ( 10 Cal )
3 spray - Berttolli - I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray - Made With Extra Virgin Olive-Oil ( Cal )
2 tlbs italian seasoning
2 tbls lemon juice ( 0 Cal )
salt, pepper

1. In a sauce pan boil water and cook Penne noodles. after done let them set as long as possiable, the longer they set in the water the larger they get.

2. In a non stick pan add oil, heat 1 minute, add Onion and shrimp. Now everything expect the Penne noodles

3. add seasoing, lemon juice and the cherry peppers. cook until mixed well.
