Getting a free lunch today at work.

CHICKEN & SPINACH


Chicken, Spinach and feta cheese smothered with mozzarella cheese
wrapped in pita bread with tomatoes

    that sounds really high in calories, mainly from the cheese.

    Anything with the word "smothered" is going to be high calorie.

    I would guess that's easily around 500 calories.

    i assume its close to the pita pit...google them, they have a great nutritional menu that may help you come pretty close.

    I'd guess about 600. 200 from the bread, 150 from the chicken and 250 from the cheese.
