Which number would you use in the following situation?
I did 60 min kickboxing dvd (Jillian Michaels), my HRM said I burned 575 cal, but when I entered 60 min of kickboxing into MFP, it said 925 calories. I used my HRM calories.

Hands down HRM-it takes everything into account-at least as long as you set it up and put in the right weight, age, etc0

Thanks. I was pretty sure I was doing it right, but am still new to all this. Too bad though, I liked the idea of burning over 900 cal in a 1hr workout. lol.0
