Hello MyFitnessPal people!!! I just want to start by saying that I love this site and I love that it's free!!! It has helped so much already and I've only been here for about a week. Stay healthy and happy....and don't forget to love yourself

    Welcome!!! Feel free to add me if you like! I see we both have a three year old (I have a soon to be 18 yo daughter as well) so I thought we may have something in common being married moms to little ones!!
