RMR Test Left Me More Confused

I thought getting my RMR tested would be enlightening... and help me set better goals. But the results plus the guidance from a fertility specialist (we're TTC)... Plus the information on here... It all just left me even more confused.

RMR test was sitting in a chair... breathing into a machine... for around 10 minutes.

My RMR is 1950

Calorie Intake suggested for 1.5 lbs/week was 1514

Everything on here says not to eat below RMR and BMR

Fertility specialist said 1800... Told her I was eating 1500 - and asked if that was too low then. She said 1500 was fine too as long as I wasn't hungry and my body fat wasn't below 19% (no problem there...lol)... Below 19% starts to affect estrogen reserves

I like the eat more, weigh less mentality.... But 1950?? That seems really high.

I know there are a thousand of these posts... So many of them use RMR and BMR interchangeably... I just want to do what's right and healthy... So, I'm pushing at it until I know...
