I have a cross-country move coming up in 8 days. Between packing up my apartment, saying goodbye to friends, etc., I'm feeling super stressed and super drained.
Any foods that help with stress? Irritability? Panic? lol
I really love fruit, but the last few days I've been slamming my jar of nutella with a fork every afternoon. Not good. I'm still getting the fruit... just gobbered in nutella-goodness. Anything to curb the panic-induced sweet tooth? I was thinking almond butter. Open to suggestions! I really need to de-stress and get back on track before starting my new job on the 17th.

I read that red pepper helps your mood.
don't think that'll help your sweet tooth though. lol0 -
Dr, oz said one day that a teaspoon of peanut butter is good for the sweet tooth and boost some energy.0
