Protein Intake.......Help

Okay I've just ate lunch and I'm looking at my totals and I'm really upset that dinner is still to come and I have 1 yes 1 protein left what do people do to combat this issue cause a vegan I'm not. No offense to those that are but I'm in need of some help.

    Protein is good for you. Don't eat less of it eat more of it! It is recommended to eat 1 g per 1lb of lean body mass. Go over! MFP's protein intake is low anyways.
