What exercises can I do to work out my lower stomach, after having 2 C-sections?

Lay on your back legs together and raise your legs up then back down. Controlled moves. But you need to do LOTS of cardio also. Cardio will get rid of the fat on top of your abs and the leg lifts will make your abs stronger.
I use The biggest loser weight loss yoga DVD and have seen my abs and legs looking much better with only a few weeks of use!
I still have my c-section shelf but it has improved.0 -
My bootcamp instructor always has us do these kind of crunches that are supposed to be great for lower abdomen. You lie on your back, put your legs straight up in the air (feet together, knees not bent), and slowly lower them to the ground (or as close to the ground as you can get! For me, that's not very close. ) A more advanced version is to do this on a bench / bed -- you put your butt very close to the edge, lie down, lift your legs straight up in the air (keeping them together) and slowly lower them all the way down to the ground.
Just be very careful of your lower back with these ones!0 -
Thanks for the both tips!!!0
