I am 1.4 pounds away from 199.9 and have been for MONTHS! It is great to know I can maintain a weight, but I still want to lose more to reach my goal and healthy weight.
I lost 55 pounds doing the EA Active on the Wii, 10 pounds doing 2 rounds of P90X, and 6 pounds doing TurboFire. I walk a few miles a day at work and have an average burn of 700+ calories. MyFitnessPal says my goal is calorie intake is 1460 and I usually meet that number and go over 100 at the most. My diet consists of egg whites, protein bar, banana, turkey, sugar snap peas, salad, fiber bars, raisins, protein shakes, and multivitamins.
I feel like I'm doing the right things but the scale isn't budging. HELP!

You've done an amazing job. You've been doing this for a while. I'm tempted to recommend you simply take a break for a couple weeks and eat closer to your TDEE with maybe only the walking. Losing weight is stressful on the body, and sometimes it just needs a break. I would also love to see some more varied fruit, 100% whole grains (like brown rice, quinoa, lentils) and dairy. Maybe not a lot. Just some.
What worked to lose weight at a higher weight, won't necessarily work for your next step. I lost a mere 95 lbs. once (compared to your impressive amount!), and it seemed like I lost it in 1/3s. What worked for the first 1/3 eventually kinda stalled out. And what worked for the next 1/3 eventually stalled, too.
Anyway, I think you're doing fabulous, I don't mean any of my advice as criticism. I hope your friends and family give you tons of positive feedback about the changes you've made.0
