I would like to know if any guy has been doing testosterone replacement , either in pill, shot"s or cream. If you do , how old are you and what was your baseline level at first? How much does your doctor give you to increase levels? Once a day , once a month ect.
Thank you
Thank you

My fiance is 24 and at 22 was diagnosed with low testerone. I believe his base level was around 300 when it should have been close to 800. He has been using a gel, first androgel and now testim. He applies it once a day in the morning. The gels work fastest, though it is a hassle.
I have to be careful about not touching his shoulders and upper arms because it can transfer to me and raise my testosterone levels since there is resiue on his skin.he wants to switch to the shot, though that is 2 times a month, but you have to pay for the medication plus an office visit for them to administer it.
I'm not sure what the actual dosage was, but it was very high for him. 4 pumps of androgel a day which was double what is normal. TBH we just want to know why it's low and how to fix it. The medication is rediculously expensive and he's been halving his dose because of the expense.
Hope that helped. ^^0 -

I am in month two. I am 46. First month was 0.5 mg and this month 1.0 mg. both once a day and in a cream. The cloud is finally lifting. I didn't do a baseline level, my doc is going on symptoms. I did have some blood work done a few years back and it was basically zero.0

I am using T replacement with Axiron..Its a roll on liquid that I apply once a day after my shower and deodorant...... Anyway, my T levels were low side of normal mid 200s..... Also use Cialis for sex.... Have lost 25 pounds on MFP, exercise regular AND things ARE slowly getrting better.....I also am 58, and extremly healthy for a man my age...
BTW....They have cute little applicators that can be cut and used for c rings...I know TMI....0
