Trying to get myself into squats I wanna keep my *kitten*, Can you guys throw in some squat exercises and some squat result pics? please and thank you :drinker:

What do you mean by squat exercises...squats are the exercise. For best results I recommend a couple warm up sets and then 3x5 working sets...add weight progressively. Unfortunately, no pics of my *kitten*...it's on my to do list.0

I don't have result pictures yet because I just started Sunday but here is a you tube video that has some good butt exercises

Ballet conditioning is good for your butt and so is running. Eventually you might want to look into getting some ankle weights. I have some that are 1.5lbs each but I want heavier ones.0 -
