    Nasty - I showed it to my husband because he is one of the "super heavy users" eating fast food more than 10 x month, but he didn't want to finish reading it. Wow, totally not craving fast food!

    Those are great facts. There are some really good documentaries out there too like Food INC, Killer at Large, and Frontline: Poisoned Waters to name a few.

    I will probably never eat fast food after I had a gall bladder attack after eating a breakfast sandwich at McDonald's . I was in pain for a whole week until I had my gall bladder removed.

    All that grease. . . ewwww.
