How many calories do you net??

Hello everyone!
I'm a little confused here so I was wondering; How many calories do you net at the end of the day? And how much have you lost that way? Thank you!

I usually net what MFP tells me +- 100. That changes when i enter a new weight. I am averaging a loss of 2 lbs. per week.0

Anywhere between 1200-1600 really, but I generally do not eat back my exercised calories as foods are often underestimated and exercise overestimated. Lost 33lbs so far, staying as active as my failing joints allow.0

I net 1200 give or take-I eat lots more than that though. I have lost 75 lbs that way and have no plans to change my settings or anything. I'm good. I've tried a whole host of different numbers and netting 1200 is what works for me.0

I net around 1800 5 days per week, and less than 500 2 days per week. I'm maintaining this way. I did alternate day fasting with every other day around 1800, alternated with 500, and lost 117 pounds.0

I net roughly 1,890 and I gross about 2,150. You can't see it in my diary because I use the TDEE method, but that's what it comes out to. I lose roughly 1 Lb per week and have lost 25 Lbs in about 5 months.0

1500 and I eat back most of my exercise calories which is around 600 5 days a week. So I eat around 2100 calories a day. The two days I don't workout are tough. I usually go over about 100. I was losing 2 pounds a week steadily and it has dwindled to about a 1/2 pound. I only have 10 pounds to go so maybe that is why. I guess I will have to shake things up if I don't start losing again soon!0

well right now im not trying to lose weight (pregnant)
but when i was losing, i think was netting around 1800 (gross was up to 2600 some days) and lost an average of 2.5 lbs a month (0.6 lb/week-ish) over a 6 month period, but i was also lifting weights and was sick of feeling hungry on less. i also lost a ****-ton of inches during that 6 months...something like 30 inches overall

I just started to make sure i net between 1000-1200/day lost 3 lbs the first week I did this after not losing anything when only netting 500-6000

Right now I net about 3,450 cal a day. I maintain on at around 3,000- 3,250. If I was looking to lose weight I would be shooting for around 2,600 a day.0

My goal is to net 1660, but I'm usually closer to 1500. I eat back exercise calories, so gross is most often 1900-2300. Losing a little over a pound a week, and I only have 15 or so to lose so will probably reset MFP to the next higher activity level to slow things down a little.0
