There are at least 1000 calories in a fly and you should just give up now.

I feel that your metabolism kicked into high gear to digest the living organism. Thus ultimately resulting in a calorie deficit! :)
  • Pretty sure that by consuming a fly you have gained it's powers. That said, don't go jumping off buildings thinking you can fly!

Maybe it's still flying around inside you...and won't add any weight unless he lands?

Was it breaded or baked? It makes a difference.

The only solution is to cut to the end of the story and eat a horse.

Good news... Flies are low carb , low fat and high protein. Excellent choice.

You're safe as long as the fly didn't leave any maggots inside of you. One can only imagine the caloric damage taking place once more flies are born.

Well, you'll have to see if it's digested before you log it. Inspect your poop carefully in these next few critical days!

I was perfectly fine with this thread. And then read this comment. Didn't even think of that. Glad for digestion.

Frogs shouldn't worry about caloric intake so much. Relax, you'll just hop it off.
