Protein bars

I made some nice protein bars today so thought i would share it with you guys and girls!

Organic Flaxseed, 20g
Whey protein 100g
Chopped Mixed Nuts, 100g
Crunchy Original Peanut Butter With No Added Sugar, 50g
Ground Cinnamon, 1 tsp

Mix all the above add a little water to get it like dough
then make into 4-6 bars
then melt the dark chocolate and dip the bars
scoop any left chocolate and add to the bars
stick in freezer for 5 mins and then enjoy :)

Plain Chocolate, 60-80g

Based on 4 bars each bar was around 100g
