Ok so i'm usually way more accountable but i've had a bit of an off week this week, not in the sense that i binged or anything but more of my food choices, i've been coming and going a lot with college and found myself picking at things that were handy.
most of the week i got my chicken and veg in and then today was just a disaster...
Cereal for breakfast, scone for lunch and brown bead sandwich for dinner when i got in this evening, these foods just scream bad to me because they are all so carby and i'm wondering what others have to say on this?...
What is so bad about these foods at once....is it the sugar in cereals? the glycemic index...I could do with some honest advice which will refrain this from happening again

Unless you have a metabolic disorder there's no reason to avoid carbs. Weight loss is just about calories. If you take in less than you burn you'll lose weight.
Also, one day is just one day. Don't let it stress you out. In general you want to make sure you're getting enough protein and veggies but as long as it's not a habit to be low on those things you'll be fine.
Finally, I'd recommend that you resist the urge to label foods as good or bad. Good foods are the ones that help you reach your goal. Bad foods are the ones that don't.0 -
How do carbs make you feel? For me, that would leave me feeling rally bloated. I think planning is your friend. Plan something other than cereal for breakfast, were you just buying foods out and about? Cheese, fruit, nuts are good snacks readily available0

Unless you have a medical reason to avoid or lower carbs... you are fine.
There is nothing wrong with carbs themselves... your body NEEDS them.0 -
I have a Medical Condition.... (Type 2 Diabetic) and I do not avoid Carbs..... Carbs get a very bad wrap but I for one incorporate them as my main Macro everyday and have A1c under 5.4 now.... Everything in moderation is my motto.... Best of Luck.....0
