Hey everyone! So I worked out today, I usually do something every day. Today I decided to monitor my rate rate using myself and an app I downloaded. I found that my average heart rate for 40 minutes of step aerobics was about 168 bpm. Now I'm 22 and looking to lose weight. I know that my target heart rate should be lower and I will adjust when I can. However, am I still going to lose weight from this? I burned more calories according to calculators, or am I all confused about all this? Just in the past 2 months have I started a regular exercise routine and I feel great, even with a high heart rate. So can someone who exercises frequently help me out here? Is it better to stay at my target or go above and beyond?

Ignite heart rate altogether and work out at the pace where you feel comfortable.0
