This is my data right now. Bed time in a couple hours.

SO, any suggestions on what I can eat?
Something with NO sugar
Bunch of calories
Some carbs
Teeny bit of fat
Protien
Some fiber

But NO sugar!

    NUTS!! I don't think nuts have a lot of sugar, they are great for protein, and calorie dense :)

    A HF cereal with skim milk is always a good choice!

    darn it. Just ate my last bowl of cereal this morning and I don't have any NUTS!

    hmmm. Oh well. I'll probably think of something.

    I LOVE chicken salad. Sure wish I had some chicken. Well I guess I better go to the grocery store in the morning!

    Sorry, it has 3 Sugar as well. Just checked.

    Also, can you just do some quick exercise to even out your sugar shortage? That is what I do when I go over. 20-30 minutes walking.

    Thank you so much for the great suggestions.

    I ended up eating some pizza rolls. I know, not a very good choice, but they do have a bunch of calories.
