This is my data right now. Bed time in a couple hours.
SO, any suggestions on what I can eat?
Something with NO sugar
Bunch of calories
Some carbs
Teeny bit of fat
Protien
Some fiber
But NO sugar!

Maybe some chicken!
I only have 89 calories left and it's only 4:30!0 -
NUTS!! I don't think nuts have a lot of sugar, they are great for protein, and calorie dense0

Also, can you just do some quick exercise to even out your sugar shortage? That is what I do when I go over. 20-30 minutes walking.0 -

I ended up eating some pizza rolls. I know, not a very good choice, but they do have a bunch of calories.0
