Ok is ur net supose to be about the same as the calories u r suppose to eat.im lost at that part.

Agreed.
To elaborate... Let's say your body needs that 1500 calories to function normally. If you burn 400 calories, your body is only getting 1100 calories to work with. That's why it's important to net the same as your goal. Although, to make things more complicated you would also need to find out what your BMR is to determine the best goal for yourself.0 -
