I am a 32 yr old, 5'3 Stay at home mom living in Ontario, Canada. I have always had an easy time being thin, usually struggling to be at an "ideal" weight, I have noticed since turning 30 that what I eat isn't all coming off anymore and after 3 kids I have a "muffin top" over my pants that just won't go away. so I found this app/site and added it a few days ago. I am actually trying to add a few pounds, i want to reach 115lbs (was 112.4lbs today) and slim down my stomach and add some muscle to my legs and arms. My goal is to do 30 minutes of exercise/6 days a week.
I am paying more attention to what I eat so far I have easily given up most junk food, but I am struggling with caffeine not just coffee but pepsi, I have cut back I have 2 cups of coffee and one pepsi a day which seems to keep my head from pounding too hard, I am just hoping and counting on things getting better lol
so yes that's me, I look forward to getting some tips and food idea's while I am here

    HI there anf welcome. I hope you find what you want from here. I have been a member since the turn of the year and I think it is a great place and tracking yor food and exercise really does help control your weight.
