Whoever have done track Before !

I will do track next monday ! But I still can't decide what I should do :) What did you do ? Please share me some :) I still cannot decide whether go for distance or sprint ! I heard some folks said Sprinting makes your legs bigger !!!!!!

    I hasn't done much track but if you're just starting out I wouldn't recommend sprinting. No, its not going to make your legs big or nonsense like that but it's tough on the body and you're not in shape for it. Start out with some normal speed jogging and work on your distance and your form

    are you thinking of joining the schools track team? im a bit lost here....

    I would talk to the head coach and see what a good fit for you would be...running might not even be the best choice for you...they may suggest trying the jumps or the throwing events.
