I just wanted to share with you all out there that if your dealing with the dreaded problem of "Smelly underarms" I have found the answer. I was recomended by my Dr. to use "Hibiclens" under my arms after having a cyst removed, to cleanse and prevent infection of the incision area, and low and behold...I have not had any smell since. Now, I use this stuff a few times a week and I don't even have to use deoderant if I don't want too.....It is amazing. I have struggled with the expensive deoderants, the ones that burn the skin and leave you totally irritated, I even went so far as to have laser treatments to remove the hair a few years ago," that didn't work either". I just gave up and figuered it was my diet, "we all know that healthy eating makes you smell", along with exercise, genetics, and just dumb luck, that I would always have to deal with this problem. I even asked my Dr and looked up on the internet and ,No Help there!!!!!
But...today...I have "NO" smell. Even after running 6miles in the heat of a sunny warm climate...NO Smell!!!!!! I also began using it on my daughter a 15yr old with hormone's raging...it worked for her too.
Just follow the directions on the package, and get rid of any old deoderants you are using." you don't want to reinfect your pits from your old deoderant", then within days you will smell the difference and within weeks you will be amazed.

Hibiclens, is an over the counter cleansing liquid, found at all the drug stores, in the skin antiseptic and bandage area. it costs about $8. after daily use for a couple weeks, I went down to just 2 or 3 times a week. Cheaper than deoderants, and smelly soaps. it doesn't hide or Try...to coverup the problem...if kills the infection in the pores that is causing the smell.
I just wanted to share my find with the world, I know there are many others out there that suffer and are embarrassed and would try and pay anything for this problem to be gone. I know because I was one of you. I am sooo excited to have this work and to share it with you all.
please try it, and if it doesn't work within a couple weeks, well, your out $8 and have clean pits...
Good Luck!!!!!!

    thanks - i'll give it a try!
  • What a good idea to try. I know allot of patients use it after cellulitis and surgeries; I never would have thought to use it under my arms in lieu of deodorant to kill the bacteria instead of mask it. Thanks for sharing!

You can also take magnesium and use the mitchum antibacterial deoderant. This is what I use and it works great!

I hope that this helps someone else...I wish I could get the information out to everyone!!!!
    It has changed my life!!
I am actually looking forward to summer, and not having to worry about my sleeveless tanks. I also bought some cute tanktop Pj's, something I never would have worn before.
I always wore old T shirts...something that covers the pits....didn't want to accidentallly lift my arm while sleeping and drive my hubby to another room....
So along with being in better shape...I also smell better than ever....
I hope you all have as good as luck with this as I did.

That sounds phenonmenal- one question: does it do anything for sweat? Deodorant is only half of my need, anti-perspirant is the other half.
