i am a health/fitness enthusiast and I often search health topics on Google. This has led me to My Fitness Pal several times. My goal is to maintain my weight and to talk to other likeminded people, ones who enjoy exercise and fitness as much as me. :) I've been exercising regularly since September 2009. I used to weigh 154 lbs. During the 16 months since I first began exercising regularly, I lost about 29 pounds, and have maintained it successfully. I've also developed a love for exercise!
