Getting my calories intake up

Hello, I am 50 years old and I am trying to lose weight because I am 30+ over weight. I have lose 5 pounds total but, right now I have hit a wall. I am having problems with calorie intake. I eat healthy but not enough calories. Even with 3 meals plus the 100-110 calories snacks some days I just don't get even to 1200 calories a day, when I work out it's even less.
