Hi there... I recently had myself checked out and got all the details below from a personal trainer in my gym
Female
Age = 37 years old
Weight = 67
Height = 5ft 2inches
Est av req = 1940 calories
BMR cals = 1127
RMR cals = 1675
Dee = 65% of RMR = 1088.75
Dee. cals = 1549
The amount of calories MFP has given me to eat daily is 1200 and then on top any exercise I complete.
I usually exercise 3-4 times per week in the gym (including circuit training)
She looked at a week of my diary and told me that what she saw was I wasnt eating enough carbs and too much protein! She also said when I was exercising I wasnt eating enough and this is why im not currently loosing any weight! Can anyone give me any idea of what I should or shouldnt be eating? When im at home I only tend to eat wholemeal tortillas, wholegrain rice, wholemeal pasta and granary bread with meals. I also enjoy cooking and so im happy making meals from scratch.
Ive never really looked had to look at what ive eaten before but now im getting quite confused so any help anyone can give me will be great.
Thanks in advance

Many of us go for 40/30/30 (carbs/protein/fat). this seems like a widely acceptable ratio and is working well for me.0

if you have the app on your phone, that's where you can see the proportion- go to the home page- and hit 'daily' across the top, then click on the little pie chart icon on the upper right - this will show you your ratios.0
