Hello,

My name is Tiana, I just started on MFP.
I am turning 27 this year, and I am 288lbs. I am making an effort to get healthy & lose weight.
My goal is to get to 150lbs, I realize this is not going to be easy.
If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm totally lost on the eating aspect of things. Whats good to have..? What's to stay away from..?

    Been using this on my tablet and iPhone, its really helping me, I have lost 7lbs so far, not much but I am on the way, please fell free to add me....Dave
