Hey guys, posted a few pics from when I started this 20 months ago. Was 211lbs and basically felt like crap most of the time. I got down to 189 and the side-by-sides are exactly 1 year apart! I'm going to post a link to my 1 year transformation video in the next few days. Stay tuned!
