Hello! I just started dieting and will hopefully get a gym pass this week. I've been going to the gym for a few months but took a break for 3 weeks and didn't diet. I can only guess I'm 350 pounds which is a good thing I don't know because I want my goals to be simple things. For example, My first goal is to fit into my old jeans. Then my next goal will be to walk up a hill without breathing too heavily or taking a break. I have a big list of simple things that I want to achieve and my final goal is to be able to shop for clothes with my best friend! Its something I've always wanted to do but couldn't because I've been big my whole life. But now I'm gonna do something about it and soon I'll be shoppin' at those "skinny girl" clothing stores soon!
