HI I am Robert a 41 year old firefighter from LaFayette GA, I have put on quite a bit of weight for some years. So much in fact that it had started effecting my ability to do my job. I am married to the most amazing woman I have ever met. I thank GOD for her on a daily basis. She is so supportive of me at everything I do. I also have a wonderful son that will be starting college in the spring. He's far smarter than I, and i am so proud of him. I've made it my personal obsesion to loose the weight for the two things on this earth that mean the most to me. My family and my career. So far im down about 43 lbs and like about 80 more to reach my goal.

    Well it looks like your already doing so well losing 43lbs!! We all need a bit of support and some hints and tips on how to keep going on!! Welcome to MFP and I hope we can all help you on your journey :smile:
