5'8" and trying to lose ~20 lbs... looking for buddies!

I've been a heavier girl most of my life--I'm currently 158 lbs (I'm 5'8") and trying to get down to 140. I'm not the sporty type, and I just started going to the gym regularly. I LOVE Body Pump and HATE cardio, but I know it's all about calories in, calories out and that cardio is the best way to get calories out. And I love to cook, eat, dine out, etc., so I need to get over my cardio hatred and hit the treadmill. I'm aiming to run 3 times a week, do Body Pump 2 times a week, and also do one Pilates or Yoga class. I want to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I'm a reformed party girl who's currently taking two weeks away from the booze, but I know it will be a major calorie issue at some point.
