Getting rid of the stomach!!

So, I used to have a flat and toned stomach, with a little bit of definition. But as I've got past 20, I'm finding it incredibly difficult to shed the 'bump'. I'm not overweight or anything, but it is frustrating not being able to get rid of it!

Anybody got any tips on how to lose it? I've started eating less each day, but what is the best sort of exercise to melt that fat away? And anyone got any tips on nutrition that will help? :)
