Help! I think I've plateau'd!

I was warned that this might happen, but I didn't think it would happen so soon in my weight loss goals. So far I've lost 10 lbs and for the last week the scale hasn't budged at all. I'm still a good 40lbs away from my goal, and I wanted to know the best way to get over this hurdle in the path to weight loss?

    A week without a loss is not a plateau. You will not lose weight each week. Sometimes you will lose, sometimes you will stay the same, and sometimes you will gain. Weight loss is not linear. A plateau is when you see absolutely no loss in 4-6 weeks.

    Keep going and you will see results. Switch things up along the way. Make sure you aren't eating too little.
