I've been eating right and getting back to exercising after two years of being almost back to my old weight (I weighed 300 before in 2007/2008 and was down to 200/190 in 2010). Currently I'm sitting at 245/250. I just can't seem to lose the weight. I've been eating better and working out once a week and then I got sick with the flu, then bronchitis. So my good friend told me to try this shake/cleansing diet and said that it's a sure thing and i'll be okay. I was allergic to it and went into anaphylaxis. So needless to say, I took a break from exercising for a while. Then I got told that it made me lose a few pounds but now I've gained it back.
What I'm saying is, is the sheer and simple fact that I can't believe that I let myself get back to this size/weight.
I want to be better.
I want to be thinner.
I want to be me again... not two of me.
