    No it's just a straight rip off. The junk they sell you does nothing, it's the low calorie diet they put you on that takes weight off if you stick to it. Something you could do for free by just counting calories here. There's no magic pills or supplements that melt fat off but they'll sell you lots of crap if you're willing to shell out the money.

    I tried it. And it worked. But after two days of feeling cracked out from the supplements and hangry from the shakes, I stopped. The weight came back. With a vengeance.

    OP - Herbalife, like Advocare, Shakeology and the rest, are diet scams based upon multi-level marketing. The only person who benefits from it is the person selling you their overpriced junk.
