In need of HELP :(

So I have been on MFP for a couple of days now and I am so lost...... I have been tracking my calories on here the past few days and it says that I should eat about 1800 and for light activity I do have a desk job but I have been working out 5-6 days a week with cardio and sculpting (resistance bands) my TDEE 3150 (I did not use the Military one in the form that I found because it said my lean body mass was 126 lbs and I know this is way off because at 18 I had my lean body mass tested by a doctor and she said It was 176lbs. So I used the customer one and it came out a little more accurate for MY body structure. I have a hard enough time eatting 1800 calories. How can I be expected to eat close to 3000 calories and still lose weight???? I need to lose weight I need to get in to better shape! I have been reading and researching things for months now and I just dont know what to do any more. I just want to cry. I know that I am a broad shoulders l larger framed woman and will never be a size 0 and that is not what i want. I just want to be able to go run and play with my son and not be the fat mom that sits on the side watching. I want to go hiking and camping with my family. I want to be able to not have to shop in the FAT section of the store to get clothes. If anyone has any suggestions please I really need some help...........

I don't know how tall you are but the worlds strongest woman is Kristen Rhodes. She is 5'8'' and doesn't have a lean body mass of 176. I think you may want to have that re-checked.
Edited for stupid typo0 -
If you have a desk job then I would probably say you have a sedentary lifestyle. The exercise that you do you then track.
For me the process has been very simple. Track calories in and out, adopt a healthy and balanced diet and increase my activity level. I have become healthier, fitter and happier and the weight loss has been a welcome by-product. Despite what my ticker says, I have lost about 10kg in several months.
Be careful you do not fall into the trap of being validated as a person by the number presented to you on your bathroom scales. If that starts to happen, throw them out the window. You'll notice it when you lose weight, your clothes will be a little looser, you'll have more energy, your moods will be more stable and you'll be happier.
If you have the determination - you will be a dynamic and fun mother. Of that, I am sure.
I wish you all the very best with your health and fitness adventures.
kind regards,
Ben0
