HI,
I am new and I had weight loss surgery about 2 years ago and I have lost about 100 lbs but I am 60lbs from my goal. I am addicted to sugar and I use eating as a way to cope with stress. Food is my drug and I am struggling with changing my eating habits because I am so dependent on food for comfort. I am looking to start a weight loss journey that will change my life and finally set me free from this weight.

Hi Talexander200! We are all there and you can make it happen by monitoring your intake. You quickly realize that you feel better and do not need all of the comfort foods you thought you did.
One of the ways I reduced my eating was by starting a journal of how I felt everyday. My topics were health, wealth, success, family and spiritual. Sometimes we hold in our feelings and eat them. Before this point, I thought I could not lose weight at all.
Good luck!0
