More than a scale can ever give you...

What are things that you have noticed about yourself in your lifestyle change that a scale or tape measure can never show you????

Some (not so obvious) things I have noticed about myself and body during JUST TWO months of a more active lifestyle...

1. I take more pride in my appearance
2. I no longer sleep in until noon, no matter how hard i try
3. my day isn't complete until i do something, even if its just a walk
4. I make healthy food decision because i want to and its more fulfilling, not because I am on a "diet"
5. I am more social
6. I embrace my physical limits instead of let them embarrass me
7. I am more open to new things in all aspects of my life
8. the image of my naked body doesn't humiliate me... it motivates me!

the scale or tape measure doesn't show too much change in the past 2 months, but my attitude and self esteem is amazing!

Keep going and you will be everything you want to be.., with a lot of surprised along the way!

    I crave vegetables more. I was totally fiening for a salad the other day after I ran out of my normal bag salad mix. I ended up going to Sam's Club and buying a giant family sized container so I wouldn't run out again.

    I have also noticed that I take more pride in my appearance too. I switched back to contacts and I bought hot rollers for my hair. I normally only curled my hair on the weekends. I felt that I would rather sleep in instead of taking the extra 20 minutes it takes to curl my hair for work. Now its a daily morning ritual that I look forward too.
