yes that is normal - if you want to look sick or anorexic.
go with what makes you feel good. don't go by numbers on the scale
maybe she should be looking at your body fat, inches, etc.0 -

I recently hired a personal trainer and after taking my measurements and everything she told me my goal should be 135 lbs. Currently I'm a 160. To me that seems low for my height but just curious if that sounds reasonable.0

That sounds super thin for a grown man. 135 is something a woman of my height might weigh. I am 5'6". To be honest, I looked and felt much better at 150 and muscular than I did at 135 and thin.
Perhaps focus on building muscle and working on getting your body fat where you want it to be, rather than focusing entirely on a scale number.
If your thighs are really only 17.5 inches around, I think you could stand to gain muscle.0 -
Im currently 133 lbs and 5 foot 9..
Surely for a grown man you should be alot heavier, especially with doing weights and building muscle
Do they want you too look line a bone??0 -

That seems a little low for a guy. My goal is 150. You look like a good weight if that is a current pic0

Depends mostly on how you feel and whether or not you can see your ribs...0

We'll maybe that's ok since you look like you are small boned . And a 29" waist is small for your weight0

I weigh that now
A man should be at least a couple of stone heavier surely??0 -

No, a man should not be a couple of stone heavier, or rather, does not need to be. On the Uk NHS site, there is a weight/height chart, and it applies to both men and women. On another site giving separate charts, there is about a 14 Ib difference.0 -
I am 5'4" WW wanted me at 140 but my Dr say no way are you to go under 150 and he would prefer 155. So I would say check with your doctor and see what they say. One scale does not fit all.
What was your drs rationale on that? I don't see how 140 at your height is too low.0 -
135 seems really low to me for a guy.0
