    Ronda has a crazy diet she sticks to. No processed food and she only eats 1 meal a day at night and takes 0 supplements produced in labs. I am sure her training is insane too.

    Yea I don't get her diet at all. I mean she is beast mode but her diet is rediculous for what she does in my opinion.

    I want to watch this fight but not gonna spend money on it. Guess ill have to wait for reruns
