5 year stuggle paid off, new goals with my fitnesspal

Hello everyone,
Just introducing myself. Was 300lbs 5 years ago. I lost 80 lbs over a 2 year period (struggle), then gained 30 lbs back last fall, riding the scale back up to 250lbs. Obviously my diet slipped, so I realized I needed to be more dedicated to diet and hence my beginning to use myfitnesspal. What a journey it has been over the years, much learned and much more realized to be learned.
I'm back down to just below 220lb. There was a day when I said to myself, if I could just weight what I weighed in college, I'd be happy. Well, 220lbs was achieved, no matter the time. But I'm here now to take it to the next level, to see just what weight I'm supposed to be at today. My body is different than it was in college. I'm obviously no where near as strong or muscular, but I'm curious just what I can accomplish.
And so, the journey continues.......
