    Nobody can tell you what weight you should be. Most people are clueless about their own appropriate goal weights. There are smaller framed men of your height that look good under 170lbs, and larger framed guys, with muscle mass, who look great at 220lbs.

    Whatever weight you look in the mirror and don't look like a fat *kitten* is where your weight should be.

    My other half is the same height and he's been under 200lb and looks boney. Depends on your body type.

    Here's 6'3", 165 lbs. He's an elite athlete, one of the fastest people on the planet. Unless you're very fit, yeah, you're probably overweight at 200 lbs.
