Whey protein?

I eat 1200-1300 calories a day and do 30ds plus 30-35 minutes of cardio. I get tired and hungry, should I invest in a protein powder? I was thinking Whey's Protein Chocolate.

    I think protein would be a great addition.. I think you should be eating a lot more calories per day if you are doing 30DS and 30-35 minutes of cardio.

    You can also get protein from lean meats, greek yogurt, beans, certain nuts, etc, as well.
