The V Word...

...the "V line" that all you fit people have around your abs. If you don't know what Im talking about, its the lines you get around your hips below your abs. I know body fat plays a huge role but what are the best exercises to do to target the muscles that contribute to this?

    Try russian twists, reverse situps...

    If you are trying to increase the mass of those muscles you need to eat at a calorie surplus to see any decent size changes.
    You cannot spot reduce, this myth has been busted. You just need a calorie defcit until you are down to the right body fat, get there quicker with some resistance training (I recommend working all the muscle groups, not one).

    With that being said make sure you do include resistance training. Since I started doing squats with weights, I've notice those muscles pop every now and then where when I was lighter the only thing I seen were hip bones.
