Supreme 90 Day Workout

Has anyone used the Supreme 90 day Workout? would love to here some success stories from using this workout video set.

    I just started it Tuesday. No results yet:) I really like it so far.
  • I did 60 days of it last summer. I didn't do the full 90 because I had to stop for surgery, otherwise I would have continued. I found it to be a great program, and I got great results. I was especially pleased with my abs. I think if you're aiming to lose weight, you probably should mix in some good old fashioned cardio or HIIT.

    There are some dvds that I didn't like and will never use again (ultimate ball, chest & back for example). But most are very good, and I'm incorporating into my new program. I may do the full program again. I liked it in summer because the workouts were relatively short, and since I'm bvery active in the summer, I didn't need a heavy calorie burner program.
  • Yes, I am doing it right now. I am on day 24 and can see results. Almost two holes down on my belt.
    I did a little of Body by Jake on Hulu, for about 3 months. Lost 13 lbs. and am now into the Supreme. I have to say; I really like it. I like the use of weights, I am done in about 30 minutes and I get results.
    My plan is to finish this and then do the Insanity. I did a couple of classes of the Insanity and I have to be honest; I just wasn't ready.
    So, I would say the Supreme workout is effective, but not as challenging as the Insanity.
    I think you just have to be aware of where you are at in muscle building. Supreme helps me build the muscle I need for the next workout.
    I also think it is a really good maintenance workout. This is something I could do all year.
